What students ask.

Answers to the most frequent questions about eligibility, anonymity, and the voting workflow.

Your KE number is a unique 3-digit identifier (001–550) assigned to each eligible voter by the election committee. It's the same number used across the Compassion International program at KE0274 PEFA Mfangano CYDC. If you don't know yours, check your student portal or contact your class representative.
No. For security and fairness, votes cannot be changed once submitted. This ensures every ballot carries equal weight and prevents coercion after the fact. Please review your selections carefully on the confirmation screen before clicking "Submit Vote".
Yes. While your KE number is used to verify eligibility and prevent duplicate voting, your individual choices are encrypted and never linked to your identity in the results display. Administrators see only aggregated counts per candidate — never who voted for whom.
Results are visible to administrators in real-time during the voting period. Official results will be published to all students after the voting period closes and the counts are verified and signed off by the election committee.
Try refreshing the page or using a different browser. If problems persist, contact the IT support team with your KE number and a description of the issue. The election committee can assist in person at the Sena Centre if needed.
