Our Philosophy

Leadership as service, not status.

At KE0274 PEFA Mfangano CYDC, we believe leadership is not a title — it is a posture of the heart. Our student council is formed not to rule, but to serve; not to be seen, but to lift others up. Every leader is first a learner, first a servant, first a child of God.

Faith-Led

Every decision grounded in Christ-like character and biblical wisdom — seeking counsel, praying together, and honoring God in all we do.

Service-Driven

Authority expressed through meeting the needs of others. A leader's worth is measured not by position, but by how many they lift up.

Integrity-First

Consistency between word and deed, in public and in private. Honesty even when it costs, fairness even when it's hard.

Growth-Oriented

Leaders are continually learning, mentored, and empowered. Humility to receive correction and courage to keep growing.
