Quick Guide

Tips for great suggestions.

Help us understand and act on your ideas with these simple guidelines — crafted to turn thoughtful feedback into real change.

01

Be Specific

Instead of "improve the library," try "add more science books for Grade 6–8 students."

Specific suggestions are easier to act on. Include who benefits, what needs to change, and where it applies. The more concrete your idea, the faster we can make it happen.

02

Focus on Solutions

While it's okay to mention problems, focus most of your suggestion on practical solutions. What would make things better? How could we implement your idea?

03

Think Community-Wide

Consider how your suggestion might benefit not just you, but other participants, part-time staff, or the wider school community. The broader the positive impact, the better.

04

Keep It Respectful

We welcome all constructive feedback. Please express your ideas respectfully, focusing on systems and processes rather than individuals. Every voice is honored — especially the gentle ones.
